GCA’s CPD program is a home for that ongoing journey. Whether you trained with us or elsewhere, you’ll find focused learning that fits around your practice — grounded in the four-body approach and the heart-and-soul methodology GCA is known for. Sessions are designed so ICF-credentialed coaches can claim the time as CCE hours.
GCA is an ICF Level 2 accredited academy. This CPD program is not yet ICF-accredited; we are in the process of accreditation so that CCE registration can be streamlined. Until then, coaches claim hours through their own ICF account.

The craft and sustainability of practice — the coaching relationship, working with resistance, somatic and mindfulness tools, ethics, boundaries and self-care, and reflective practice.
Stream 02 · Available now
A structured refresh of the current ICF Core Competency model — ideal if you trained some years ago and want to re-ground your practice in today’s standard.
Stream 03 · Coming soon
Grow as a leader, personally and professionally — including Vertical Leadership Development and the Dialogic Orientation Quadrant as a practical listening compass.
Stream 04 · Coming soon
CPD aligned to GCA’s Transformational Counselling pathway and to counselling practice more broadly — same depth, same heart.
How it’s delivered
Live where you can join, recorded where you can’t — with deeper, in-person experiences for the work that asks for presence.
90 min · live + recording
Live, focused sessions on a single topic, recorded for anyone who can’t make it. Six themes rotate through the year, each designed for CCE.
3–4 hours
Half-day deep dives with breakout rooms for supervised, hands-on practice.
60–90 min
Facilitated small-group reflection and supervision that counts toward your CPD hours — and keeps you connected.

A full year of live sessions, recordings and downloadable resources in one place — the simplest way to keep your credits current.

Calendar
Live online sessions you can join from anywhere. Recordings are available for Passport holders and single-session buyers. Times are shown in Australian Western Standard Time (AWST, UTC+8). CCE hours shown are how each session is structured so ICF-credentialed coaches can claim the time — the CPD program itself is in ICF accreditation, so you register those hours in your own ICF account until that is complete.

For ICF-credentialed coaches
ICF credential-holders renew every three years by completing 40 Continuing Coach Education credits (one hour of qualifying learning equals one credit). Our sessions are designed so you can claim that time as CCE — a little at a time, not a scramble before your deadline. We document each session’s hours and focus (Core Competency, Ethics, or Resource Development) to support your claim. The CPD program is currently going through ICF accreditation; until that is complete, you register hours in your own ICF account. Confirm current rules for your credential there.

Prices are held at an accessible level as we grow. Graduates of GCA receive a member rate, and founding members joining at launch receive our best pricing for life. Indicative prices in AUD.
