In 2025, Belinda Baillie (friend and founder of The Global Coaching Academy) handed over the business and leadership reins to Jay. Since then, he has been gratefully and enthusiastically leading GCA into a new expanded Global phase of growth and development.
Jay is an experienced Trainer, Facilitator, Mentor, Coach, and Holistic Counsellor passionate about helping people unlock the potential of their own hearts. He has been actively working in personal spiritual development since 2013 and genuinely loves championing people to find out what their best is, to face and overcome fears, and to live in a way that brings inner peace.
Jay has also been heavily engaged in facilitating men’s personal spiritual growth circles. Fostering men's healing, raising consciousness, and facilitating growth in a new, holistic and more sustainable way. Assisting and encouraging men to become deeply present with self and undergo an exploration into who they truly are.
His lived experience at the University of Life combines beautifully with his experience in business and formal training in conflict resolution, holistic counselling, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
Camille is a graduate of The Global Coaching Academy, a working Mentor and Coach. She brings a bright, irrepressible and infectious enthusiasm to our team and students. She is currently studying a degree in psychology, with a great love of the arts.
Camille has a strong teaching background working with children, teaching music through renowned Australian performing arts programs.
With a passion for personal spiritual growth, Camille seeks to uplift and help people to reach their full potential.
Belinda is the founder and chief course creator at the Global Coaching Academy.
She has been working with people in a mentoring and coaching capacity for over 30 years, formalising this into a career around 15 years ago.
Her passion is creating - whether it be artwork, courses or well-rounded mentors and coaches - Belinda immerses herself in bringing her best to her clients, students and artworks alike so that they shine and bring more love, hope and joy to the world.
Belinda has formal qualifications in education, (a Grad Dip) as well as being a Master Certified Coach, artist, actor, agriculturalist (yes, really!) and many other odd bits and pieces which all weave together to bring a unique skill set to her career.
