I started off seeing a Life Coach for my own healing journey and when I expressed how powerful that journey was, I was pointed to the GCA Cert IV Course, spoke with Belinda and went YES! This has been really foundational for me in many ways, for my own journey particularly both as a client and then as the Coach. I am also a qualified Naturopath and Homeopath, both of these modalities followed my Cert IV Life Coaching course and placed me on a different trajectory to where I was twelve years ago upon completing the course.

The journey was one that started on self and is now one of holding space and compassion for others to take their own leap of faith onto that healing pathway. As a practitioner I see many that have manifested physical issues but what is so clear, and it was back when I was studying, was the emotional/mental and even energetic/spiritual drivers to dis-ease and that is what this course works with. It goes through the four-body system – physical, emotional, mental, energetic – making it different from other courses. When you go through a course like that and you champion your own healing journey, you inevitably hit areas that feel hidden, sensitive and as a talking modality, acknowledging these things out loud to yourself and the coach is really powerful.

I went into the course not really knowing what to expect but came out changed again from the experience. I thoroughly recommend this course – there was joy, sorrow, achievements and setbacks all held in a space of unconditional love. Is that not the greatest way to learn something new!

I sometimes wonder what my business and I would be like if I had never chosen to do the GCA Mentoring and Coaching Certificate in 2013. I experienced a course that shaped me as an individual and my ideas, values and knowledge regarding business. During the course, I got to explore, experience, and dig out my limitations, strengths, challenges and gifts, which helped me build the essential foundations for a new business.
