Global Coaching Academy Mentoring and Coaching Programs

Hi everyone, Last Friday night I was awarded the West Australian Coach of the Year award for 2009. This was a most humbling and honouring experience to be nominated by my peers and chosen from a field of very worthy coaches as the winner of this recognition. I am very grateful to the Insight Foundation for its support and continuous opportunities to grow into the coach and mentor that I am still in the process of becoming. I am also very grateful to the International Coach Federation for the opportunities to learn and grow within the various roles I have served within the Federation over the last 4 years. The support, friendship and ongoing mentoring from both these wonderful organizations, as I chose to step up more and more each time, is the reason for this success. I encourage everyone to keep choosing to stretch themselves beyond what they believe themselves to be and discover what the Universe (in all her wisdom) knows us to be. Thank you to all my teachers, students and graduates for the learning, the sharing and the growth I have experienced with you on this journey so far. much love Belinda
